Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Install Technician to join our team in Homosassa Springs, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC system installation, with a focus on residential and light commercial new construction and changeouts. The HVAC Lead Install Technician will be responsible for installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as replacing outdated or faulty equipment. Strong technical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

·            Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial buildings

·            Replace outdated or faulty HVAC equipment

·            Work with contractors and other team members to ensure installations are completed on time and within budget 

·            Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations

·            Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions 

Requirements:

·            Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Install Technician

·            Experience with residential and light commercial new construction (rough in, trim out) and changeouts 

·            Strong technical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

·            Excellent communication and customer service skills

·            Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·            High School diploma or equivalent

·            Must have a valid Driver’s License

·            Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
